Position:  Registered Nurse

Organization:  Dialysis Clinics

Location:  England/Wales

Compensation (band 5):   ￡24,214 - ￡30,330 per annum

You will utilise your nurse training and post registration dialysis experience under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse until confirmation of entry to the NMC register is received. Once registration with the NMC is confirmed, you will become a UK registered Dialysis Nurse.

Job Overview:

· To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direction and supervision.

· Demonstrate and supervise practice and procedures to registered and unregistered nursing staff to secure effective nursing practice.

· To take a key role in the induction and mentorship of new and unregistered staff, and

provide supervision.

· Promote the health and well-being of patients/clients and maintain a safe, caring and

therapeutic environment.

· Ensure nursing practice is in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct which incorporates and respects differences in respect of gender, sexuality ethnicity, religion culture and disability.

· Always act in such a manner as to promote and safeguard the interests and well-being of  patients/clients, visitors and colleagues.

What we require from you

· Minimum 3 Years of Nursing School

· A valid diploma, transcript and registration with your local Nursing authority

· 10 Years Formal Education

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a band 5 registered nurse experience working with

patients within General Medicine and Surgery and/or Critical Care.

· IELTS: 7 Score (W: 6.5,L: 7,R: 7,S: 7), OR OET: B

· A willingness to relocate to the UK

Hours of work:

· Full time role working 37.5 hours per week

· 3 x 12 hour shifts per week plus an additional top up shift when required

· Long Day = 07:00 – 19:00

· Early = 07:00 – 13:00

· Late = 13:00 – 19:00

· Monday to Saturday on a rota’d shift system, No Sunday or night shifts

· We expect staff to work flexibly and work shifts depending on the need of the business
